Managed by someone who acts like a spoiled kid and refuses to take responsibility for their actions. They even tried to harm our business out of spite, going as far as to fabricate lies in a 'review'. Save your cash and shop somewhere else.

The support is terrible. I can't access the web console because it won't connect. I'm advised to do it in-game, but once again, the rcon fails to connect. You really need to sort out your servers.

This service is quite decent considering the cost. I relied on them to run a family server for roughly two years. There were a few technical hiccups, but they consistently got back to me fast regarding my support requests and resolved the problems I encountered. All in all, I’d suggest them for server hosting.

I can't say enough good things about them. Seriously, they're fantastic.

The quality is top-notch, and the support is solid. Any issues I've had were sorted out super quick. Initially, I gave them a one-star rating just after I bought a host because I thought I was getting ripped off. I waited almost a full day for a response back then. But since then, the team has been replying in under three hours, five at the most.

I gotta highlight how patient their customer support is; they really take the time to guide you through everything.

These server providers are just the worst. It takes forever to get a reply, and when you finally do, it’s just a few words. They messed up my backup, and I ended up losing everything. Now my server won’t even boot up, and I still haven’t received any updates from them.

Honestly, this is the most terrible game server provider I've ever had to deal with, and I've tried a handful of different companies. Their support is just plain awful. I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I decided to host with them. Total scam.

Stay away from this service, seriously.

- Doesn't actually read support tickets. He responds, but it's clear he hasn't taken the time to understand the issue. This has happened multiple times.
- If you don't pay on time, he’ll wipe your data, even if you give a heads-up a few days ahead.
- Expect a 24-hour wait for even the simplest requests because it’s just one guy who seems to nap all day.
- Your server will randomly crash every 5-6 days and won’t boot back up until you ask for it, and even then, you’re looking at a day for a reply.
- His responses are pretty cocky and rarely go beyond a sentence.
- Totally not worth it. Other providers will charge half the price.

He used to be decent a few years ago, but now all you see are bad reviews, and he just doesn’t seem to care.

I used to run my GMod servers with Serenity when I was still learning the ropes of hosting, and honestly, I'm relieved that phase is over. Their customer support was incredibly sluggish. Now, while that might not be the biggest deal, their GamePanel feels pretty ancient. And let's talk about the cost—I was shelling out $18 for just 32 slots. The server would go down at the slightest hiccup, and the time it took to restart was painfully slow. I would absolutely steer clear of this service.

Hey there, I recently purchased a rust server from this company and honestly, it’s been a rough experience. In the past, I used to get my Garry's mod servers from them and I’d always tell my buddies about their awesome support and speedy setup. But this year? The quality has really tanked. I bought a rust server, tried to get it going, but it just wouldn’t start. I submitted a support ticket and waited around 40 minutes only to get some automated response. I even reinstalled the server, but still no luck. None of my support requests have been answered, and now my server has vanished from my control panel, and it’s only a day old! I can’t recommend them anymore, and I’m definitely going to ask for a refund since I’ve faced nothing but issues since 2019!

I've never dealt with a hosting service this awful before. Their customer support is incredibly slow and packed with untruths.

I requested a refund, and they told me it’s too late for that. *Sighs* I had the server for less than a week. When I brought up an issue the very next day, instead of saying sorry and letting me know it was fixed, they just shut the support ticket down.

I definitely won’t be suggesting this place to anyone, not even to the devil himself.

I've been with Serenity for several months now. Honestly, from a business perspective on managing a professional server, Serenity is a solid pick. My server has faced DDoS attacks on multiple occasions, and each time, I’ve been shielded with just a little lag. Every ticket I’ve submitted has been answered within 30 minutes (at most an hour). Mikkel has consistently responded quickly to my inquiries, whether they were about addon issues or questions regarding donation taxes, and he’s always resolved my issues in a professional manner. I think I might have frustrated him a few times with my brief questions that didn’t fully explain my concerns, but he’s always kept the conversation helpful and professional.

All in all, fantastic company—10 out of 10 from me.

This hosting service offers decent quality options for various needs, though their pricing feels a tad steep for what you get. The support crew is fantastic at addressing your concerns and is consistently friendly.

Unforgettable service that I won't forget. I didn't encounter any issues with them. I'm planning to come back sometime around 2019-2020 if Gmod is still a hit. The only hiccup I faced was an Unknown error showing up in the control panel. They sorted that out super fast.

I used these for a month but had to take a break due to some personal finance stuff. I’ll definitely return to them; there were no performance hiccups at all. Any issues I faced were totally on me. I was running heavily modded stuff on their 4GB plan, and it handled it like a champ. Just need to get my buddies on board!

I've been with Serenity Servers for several years, hosting a bunch of servers through them, and I’d gladly suggest them to anyone. The servers have run smoothly without major hiccups, TS3 has been functioning well, and web hosting has been problem-free. The support team is quite helpful, though it might take a bit of time to get a response, at least in my experience.
